Subtitled T-days: 'The Together Project'
On Thursday (3 August), our summer screening program 'Subtitled T-days' (with English subtitles included) will present the irresistible romantic comedy The Together Project (' L'effet aquatique'), directed by French-Icelandic director Sólveig Anspach and starring Samir Guesmi and Florence Loiret Caille. Screening starts at 7:15 p. m.
Samir, a 40 year-old crane operator from Paris, falls in love with Agatha, a swimming-instructor. To seduce her he pretends he doesn't know how to swim so she can teach him. But his romantic plan soon falls apart - Agatha discovers he's in fact a good swimmer and she can't stand liars! She runs of to Island to attend the International Lifeguard Conference, and the infatuated Samir has no choice but to follow her...
